Since 2008, he has been covering electoral issues, has extensive experience in organizing and analyzing election monitoring campaigns in Ukraine. He is a co-author of a number of successful amendments to the electoral legislation, particularly on ensuring the voting rights of internally displaced persons and internal labor migrants.

His main activities in the Civil Network OPORA are: preparation of national reports of the organization based on the results of observation during national and local elections, preparation of analytical materials, development of proposals for improving electoral legislation, development and implementation of initiatives on citizens’ electoral rights.
